I am a senior researcher at Mines ParisTech and at the Curie Institute in Paris, director of the Centre for Computational Biology and deputy director of the Mines ParisTech - Curie Institute - INSERM U900 joint laboratory on Bioinformatics and Computational Systems Biology of Cancer.
My main research interest concerns the development of statistical and machine learning methods for computational biology. I am particularly interested in modelling complex data, such as genomic informations, DNA 3D structures or epigenetic data, and developing predictive models for drug discovery and personalized medicine in cancer research.
